At least a decade ago my wife and I purchased a monitored burglar alarm system for our home.We approached a large company to install and monitor the new system but the new alarm system keeps faulting. Richard Callan was brought in as a troubleshooter and he sorted out the problem immediately. As a result we have asked for Richard ever since.Richard is not only professional (people are always asking for his help with technical issues), bu the is also prompt and courteous. We find him a thoroughly nice man.I doubt that there are many others like him in the industry.
