The backup service was fantastic, if ever I required a new battery or alterations to the system Richard was always there to help.Even when I moved halfway down the country and took the alarm system with me 1tech was available to help run me through programming the system to my new property.Their instruction for the replacement of the external siren battery number of years was clear and concise.
